SkillsFuture is a national movement which aims to provide Singaporeans with the opportunities they need to realise their fullest potential. In particular, SkillsFuture empowers Singaporeans to take charge of their skills development and embrace lifelong learning.
What is SkillsFuture Credit?
One major thrust of the SkillsFuture initiative is the SkillsFuture Credit. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500 from January 2016. This credit does not expire and the Singapore Government will provide periodic top-ups. Singaporeans can accumulate the credit to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses.
